Custom PC Automotive Lamp Bezel Mold
This PC automotive lamp bezel mold is developed for manufacturing high-quality automotive plastic parts that require impact resistance, heat resistance, dimensional accuracy, and an attractive visible surface. The cavity and core are manufactured from H13 steel and hardened to 48–52 HRC, helping the mold maintain accuracy and surface quality during long production cycles. The S45C mold base provides structural stability, while HASCO standard components support convenient maintenance and replacement.
A 1+1 cavity layout and hot runner system provide controlled material filling, consistent part formation, and efficient PC material use. Mirror polishing can be applied to visible surfaces to produce smooth, high-gloss lamp bezel components.
