Air Conditioner Mold

Moldie develops injection molds for air-conditioner housings, panels, grilles, louvers and functional plastic components. These parts can combine visible styling, airflow features, assembly interfaces and demanding dimensional requirements. We evaluate wall thickness, ribs, draft, gate locations, cooling and ejection during DFM to make the design practical for mold manufacture and production. Our team supports tooling development, trials and validation for OEM air-conditioner plastic-part programs.
