Fan Mold

Moldie develops injection molds for fan housings, blades, grilles, bases and other plastic fan components. The tooling must support consistent geometry while considering air-flow features, appearance, balance, assembly points and practical cycle times. Our engineers review wall thickness, ribs, draft, gate locations, cooling and ejection before mold construction. We work with buyers from DFM through mold trials to develop stable tooling for appliance and ventilation-product programs.
