Foldable Crate Mold

Moldie manufactures foldable crate injection molds for reusable storage and transport systems. Foldable designs require particular attention to integrated hinges, locking tabs, moving interfaces and dimensional consistency so that the crate opens, closes and stacks as intended. Our DFM review considers wall thickness, draft, material flow, cooling and ejection together with the product’s functional details. We then build and trial tooling to support repeatable production of practical reusable crate components.
