Disposable Crate Mold

Moldie develops disposable crate injection molds for one-way logistics, agriculture and product-handling applications. The design objective is to use material efficiently while retaining the structural strength required for stacking, transport and handling. We assess wall thickness, rib patterns, draft, handle details, gate locations and cooling strategy before tooling begins. By aligning product design with manufacturable mold construction, we help customers develop practical crate tools for consistent output and cost-aware volume production.
