Custom Automotive Loudspeaker Cover Mold
Moldie provides custom automotive mold manufacturing for loudspeaker covers and related vehicle interior audio parts. This automotive loudspeaker cover mold is developed for polypropylene, providing a practical combination of low weight, impact resistance and cost-efficient production.
The core and cavity use P20 tool steel with a hardness of 28–32 HRC. An S45C mold base supports the tooling during repeated injection cycles, while HASCO standard components improve compatibility and simplify future maintenance.
The cold runner layout and number of cavities can be customized according to the speaker cover size, required production output and injection molding machine capacity.
A polished cavity surface helps produce clean and consistent covers for visible automotive interior applications. Finished molded parts can follow specified RAL or PANTONE color references to coordinate with vehicle door panels, dashboards and surrounding trim components.
For buyers comparing automotive mold manufacturers, Moldie can customize the gate position, runner layout, ejection structure, mold dimensions and cavity configuration according to the supplied 2D or 3D product drawing.
Send us your PP material grade, annual production volume, required surface finish and injection molding machine information for a project-specific quotation.
