Moldie manufactures custom injection molds for large ABS automotive plastic components, serving automotive mold distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, tier suppliers, and private-label brands. We supply precision production molds—not finished automotive parts—for applications such as interior trim, exterior components, lighting housings, electrical housings, and functional automotive plastic products.
Mold bases are available to LKM, HASCO, and DME standards, with mold steel options including 45#, P20, H13, 718, 1.2344, and 1.2738. Standard components can be specified to HASCO, DME, MISUMI, or PUNCH requirements for reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
Molds can be designed for ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PVC, PA66, POM, and other suitable resins. Cold runner and hot runner systems are available, together with side, sub, pinpoint, and edge gate options. Moldie supports molds from 50 kg to 15 tons for injection molding machines from 80 to 1,500 tons.
