Moldie manufactures custom ABS plastic injection molds for distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, industrial buyers, and private-label brands. We supply production-ready molds for ABS housings, brackets, covers, and other technical plastic applications—not finished plastic parts.
Mold bases are available to LKM, HASCO, and DME standards, with 45#, P20, and 1.2738 steel options selected for mold life and production requirements. HASCO, DME, and MISUMI-standard components can be specified to support reliable operation and maintenance.
Molds can be designed for ABS, PC/ABS, PA66, and other suitable resins. Cold runner and hot runner systems are available, together with side, pinpoint, and customized gate options. Moldie supports mold weights from 50 kg to 15 tons for injection molding machines up to 1,500 tons.
Mold surfaces can be developed to MT and YS texture standards, with RAL and PANTONE references available for molded-product color requirements. Projects are managed under ISO 9001:2015 quality control, with SGS certification support available.
