Moldie manufactures custom injection molds for PA6 plastic connectors, fittings, clips, and related technical plastic components. We serve mold distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, industrial buyers, and private-label brands by supplying production-ready molds—not finished connector parts.
Mold bases are available to LKM, HASCO, or DME standards, with 718 and 1.2738 steel options for dependable production performance. Tooling can also be specified with HASCO, DME, MISUMI, or other standard components to support maintenance and replacement requirements.
Molds can be engineered for PA6, PA66, PC/ABS, PVC, and other suitable resins. Cold runner and hot runner systems, together with customized gate designs, are selected according to part geometry, material flow, and production requirements. Moldie supports mold weights from 50 kg to 15 tons for injection machines up to 1,500 tons.
Surface texture can follow MT, YS, or HN standards, with RAL and PANTONE references available for molded-product color requirements. Projects are managed under ISO 9001:2015 quality control, with SGS certification support available.
