Mold bases are available to LKM, HASCO, or DME standards, with mold steel options including 45#, P20, H13, 718, 1.2344, and 1.2738. Tooling can be configured with cold or hot runner systems and side, sub, pinpoint, or edge gates to suit the product structure, resin flow, and production target.
Moldie manufactures molds from approximately 50 kg to 15 tons for injection molding machines from 80 to 1,500 tons. Mold surfaces can follow MT, YS, or HN texture standards, with RAL and PANTONE color references available for the molded product. Each project is managed under ISO 9001:2015 quality control, with T1 sampling typically available in 3–10 weeks depending on mold requirements.
