Moldie manufactures custom injection molds for plastic brackets, mounting components, clips, and related structural plastic parts. We serve mold distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, industrial buyers, and private-label brands with production-ready molds tailored to customer drawings and production requirements.
Mold bases are available to LKM, HASCO, and DME standards. P20, H13, and 1.2738 steel options are available for different mold-life and performance requirements, with HASCO, DME, and MISUMI-standard components available on request.
Molds can be engineered for PC/ABS, PVC, PA66, and other suitable resins. Cold runner and hot runner systems are available, together with side, pinpoint, and customized gate designs selected for part geometry, material flow, and production efficiency.
Moldie supports molds from 50 kg to 15 tons for injection molding machines up to 1,500 tons. Mold surfaces can follow MT, YS, and HN texture standards. Projects are managed under ISO 9001:2015 quality control, with SGS certification support available.
