The mold can be engineered for PC/ABS, PA66, and other commodity or engineering plastics. Available configurations include cold runner and hot runner systems, together with side gates, pinpoint gates, and other gate solutions optimized for part filling, cycle time, material efficiency, and consistent molding performance.
Moldie supports tooling from approximately 50 kg to 15 tons, suitable for injection molding machines with clamping forces up to 1,500 tons.
