Moldie manufactures custom plastic injection molds for new product development and volume manufacturing programs. Mold bases are available to LKM, HASCO, and DME standards. Mold steel options include P20, H13, and 1.2344, while standard components can be specified to HASCO, DME, and MISUMI requirements for reliable operation and maintenance.
Molds can be designed for PC/ABS, PVC, PA66, and other suitable thermoplastics. Cold runner and hot runner systems are available, with side, pinpoint, edge, and other gate options selected according to part geometry, material flow, and production targets.
Moldie supports molds from approximately 50 kg to 15 tons for injection molding machines up to 1,500 tons. Mold surfaces can follow MT, YS, and HN texture standards, with RAL and PANTONE references available for molded-product color requirements. Projects are managed under ISO 9001:2015 quality control and SGS certification support.
