This custom injection mold is engineered for HDPE pet toy production, with mold-base options from LKM, HASCO, and DME. Mold steel options range from 45# steel to 1.2738, selected according to production volume, product requirements, and tooling life expectations.
Gate design, cold- or hot-runner systems, and compatibility with injection machines from 80 to 1,500 tons can be customized to support efficient production. The mold can also be designed to achieve specified surface textures, including MT, YS, and HN standards, as well as RAL or Pantone color requirements for the finished parts.
