Mold steel options include 718, 1.2344, and 1.2738. Tooling can be built with HASCO, DME, and MISUMI-standard components for dependable operation and convenient maintenance.
Cold runner and hot runner systems are available, along with side gates, pinpoint gates, and other customized gate designs. Moldie manufactures molds from approximately 50 kg to 15 tons for injection molding machines up to 1,500 tons.
Mold surfaces can be developed to MT and YS texture standards, with color references available in RAL and PANTONE systems. All projects are managed under ISO 9001:2015 quality control and can include design review, mold trials, inspection, and export delivery.
