To ensure flawless part ejection and a superior surface finish for food-grade packaging, the cavity and core are crafted from high-purity 1.2344 ESR steel. This electro-slag remelted steel is heat-treated to a precise hardness of 48-50 HRC, providing outstanding wear and thermal fatigue resistance. This robust construction guarantees a high-yield production lifespan of up to 3,000,000 shots.
The foundational strength of the tooling is provided by a durable P20 steel mold base, ensuring dimensional stability under high-speed, high-pressure injection molding conditions.
To optimize plastic melt flow, reduce material waste, and achieve the rapid cycle times required for thin-wall products, this mold features an advanced Hot Runner system. Furthermore, we integrate globally recognized DME standard components, facilitating streamlined maintenance and straightforward part replacement anywhere in the world.
