Custom Automotive Loudspeaker Housing Mold
Moldie manufactures custom automotive loudspeaker housing mold solutions for vehicle door panels, dashboards and interior audio systems. Designed for ABS reinforced with 17% glass fiber, this mold supports the production of strong speaker housings with stable dimensions and a consistent polished appearance.
The mold core and cavity are manufactured from H13 tool steel and hardened to 48–52 HRC. This configuration provides increased wear resistance when processing glass-fiber-reinforced materials during long production runs. An S45C mold base provides structural stability, while HASCO standard components support convenient maintenance and international compatibility.
The cold runner layout, cavity quantity, gate position, ejection system and mold dimensions can be customized according to the housing structure, production target and injection molding machine capacity.
With an expected mold life of up to 800,000 shots under suitable operating and maintenance conditions, this automotive injection mold is suitable for high-volume automotive audio projects. The polished surface and RAL or PANTONE color references help the molded housing coordinate with surrounding vehicle interior components.
