Household Plastic Mold

Moldie manufactures household plastic injection molds for storage boxes, baskets, drawers, chairs, tables, baby products and plastic cutlery. These products require a practical balance of appearance, structural strength, stacking or assembly performance and efficient production cycles. During DFM, we assess wall thickness, reinforcement ribs, draft, hinge or latch features, material flow, cooling and ejection. We then manufacture and trial the mold to help customers establish repeatable tooling for everyday consumer and household-product programs.
