A well-designed box mold must support consistent wall thickness, reliable lid fit, stackability, adequate structural strength and efficient production cycles. During DFM, we examine draft, ribs, hinge or latch features, gate placement, cooling and ejection. We provide mold manufacture and sampling support for customers developing practical storage-product tooling.
